Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (Returned products must be complete, packaged in their original packaging intact and must not have been used or opened) knowing that several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Returns
You have a legal period of maximum 14 days from the delivery of the products concerned to make a Return request.
To make a return/exchange request (Return or Exchange), please send an email to the contact address : orders@sativagrove.pl indicating your name, your order number, the products you wish to return/exchange and the nature of your request and reason (Reurn/Exchange).
You will receive in response to your request, and within 24 hours maximum, an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request, and if your request is accepted, a link in the email allowing you to print your label return transport, knowing that the Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Return acceptance conditions
To be accepted, a return request must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request must be complete (specifying the customer’s name, the order number, the products to be returned, and the nature of your request for each returned product (Return or Exchange).
- The return request must be sent by email to contact : orders@sativagrove.pl within a maximum period of 14 days from delivery of the products concerned by the return request.
- Returned products must be complete, packaged in their original packaging intact and must not have been used or opened. A request to return a product that has been used or opened cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
- Once your return request is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the specified time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@sativagrove.pl.
Product exchange
We only replace items if they are defective. if you want to exchange this product for another one, you’ll need to send us an email within the next 24 hours from receiving the product at orders@sativagrove.pl and within 24 hours maximum, you will receive in response to your request, an email confirming the acceptance or refusal of your request
